Hokkaido Wines owns 447ha estste and processes 2,500t of grapes annually in Hokkaido, where it has perfect environment for genuine wine winemaking.
9 months maturation was conducted after bottling following the 1st fermentation; Produced by assemblage of the region’s representative grape varieties; Taille(the 2nd press) as well as cuvee (the 1st press) are used for Assemblage; MLF processed on the Cuvee as base wine.
“M” is referred to an initial of French term “Mousseux”. Produced by implementing traditional method upon aiming for expressing the region’s terrior.
Along with toasty aroma, the first touch of flavor presents freshness of acidity and fruitfulness followed by savour astringency to be left to palate.
