Even in a small township – Yoichi-cho, each location expresses its own terrior that distinguishes quality and taste of wines depending where, and by who it was grown.
One of Master, Tazaki Masanobu started his career of vine growing in 1985. He has gone over to wine regions in Europe several times to train himself for growing vinifera grapes. Meanwhile he grows and supplies grapes in response to demand for trend of modern market these days, his fundamental mind-set is always to focus on growing excellent quality of wine grapes at his own 8.5ha vineyard.
In impressive deep-brilliant garnet red, well presenting complex array of Zweigelt & Pinot Noir as initial aroma charactered by charming red fruit – strawberry and cherry, harmonized with earthy, woody texture from Pinot Noir’s varietal flavour. Gentle acidity & tannin content contribute to create a wine quality to be medium body of moderate alcohol 12% as red wines.
